Refund Policy

At TheElectricalGuy Academy, we strive to provide high-quality courses that meet the needs and expectations of our students. We are confident that you will find value in our online courses. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

- Refunds are only applicable to purchases made directly through our website and only on selected courses. Do check the terms and conditions of the course you are enrolling.

2. Refund Requests:

- Refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of course purchase. Beyond this period the refund request will not be valid.

- To request a refund, you must submit a refund request in writing at gauravj@theelectricalguy.in

- In your refund request, please include your full name, email address used for purchase, Course name, and order invoice.

3. Refund Process:

- Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 7 business days. For refund requests from outside of India this time may vary.

- To get the refund you may need to provide your bank details or UPI address

- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your country & financial institution.

4. Refund Considerations:

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following: 

-  A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.

- If the refund request is made after the specified refund period has expired.

- If you have violated our terms of service or engaged in any form of misconduct.

5. Course Termination:

- We reserve the right to terminate access to the course and deny refunds for students who violate our terms of service or engage in any form of misconduct.
